Between the Resurrection and Pentecost, the Apostles “floundered” and did not know what to do.

Eventually they went back to their trade – Fishing in Galilee -- and then Jesus went to them and called them back to Jerusalem. Later they took up their discipleship with the help of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

The Holy Spirit is a teacher who helps us understand, who we are, and who God is and helps us understand the Scriptures. When you read the bible it is not always easy. When we grapple with it the Holy Spirit works in us to teach us.

The Holy Spirit is also a comforter who gives us the strength to face those things in life that are difficult.
